Aaron Lauver, ATS
President / Owner
Aaron was raised in the medical equipment industry, learning the rehab business on his own accord and accruing experience as a Rehab Technology Supplier since 1993. He opened the doors to Susquehanna Valley Mobility Services in the Summer of 2003, after having been the Director of Rehab for a previous company for 10 years.
He is a credentialed Assistive Technology Supplier who takes his job assessing customers for Assistive Technology very seriously. Continuous education, attendance of conferences and trade shows, and being an active member within several rehab organizations helps to keep his knowledge fresh, so he can provide the best solutions and quality equipment for his patients.
Aaron enjoys working with his staff who he feels truly cares about their customers. Making a positive difference in the lives of people with physical impairments, while at the same time being able to offer meaningful employment to his staff, remains a top priority for him.
William D. Dressler
Service Manager
Bill started his career with SVMS in the Winter of 2003, after running his own business for 15 years. This past experience has led him in successfully managing our service department. His expertise in the service, assembly, and set-up of all of our products has helped to make us an industry leader in patient service. He is very knowledgeable in the adaptations of wheelchairs for children and adults with difficult positioning needs. If a chair is not readily available off the shelf, he finds a way to modify and adapt products to meet the patient’s needs, by thinking outside of the box. Bill’s hard work and ingenuity is key to making the customers happy. He finds his work at SVMS to be very satisfying.
Bonnie Showers
Service Technician
Bonnie began working with SVMS in the Fall of 2004. She brings with her several years of experience working with Aaron previously at CPO2 as a service technician. She thoroughly enjoys working with our customers and working on mobility equipment. Her favorite thing about working at SVMS is the very caring and family style atmosphere in the company.
James Stewart
Service Technician
Jim joined SVMS in the Fall of 2007. He brings with him 4 years of experience as a service technician with CPO2, where he worked with many different types of home medical equipment. Jim has enthusiastically embraced his new role in the rehab industry, learning all of the new equipment. He is very appreciative of all of the nice people he has been meeting through his work at SVMS.
Brad Alvey
Service Technician
Brad joined SVMS in the Fall of 2008. Brad joins us with a diverse background including 16 years of experience in aircraft electronics and mechanical systems, as well as 8 years in childhood development programs. His past experience provides him with a strong work ethic and level of customer service that will benefit SVMS. Brad is very excited to have joined our company and is looking forward to working with all clientele.
Debbie Libby
Vice President / Rehab Coordinator
Debbie has been with Susquehanna Valley Mobility Services since its inception, when she helped to open the office in the Summer of 2003. She has been doing medical billing since 1986. When she first started doing rehab billing it was a very big challenge, however, she has worked very hard to become an expert in her field and to remain on top of all of the industry changes. Her industry expertise allows us to better serve our clientele. She feels that customer service is a critical component and that the staff of SVMS goes above and beyond to take care of the patient! Debbie loves being able to help people in need. Because of her extensive experience, she has obtained a wide base of knowledge. If we can’t provide the service, we know who can.
Torie Livziey
Customer Service Representative
Torie started with SVMS in December 2006. She shares her knowledge of durable medical equipment and billing from her past experience, where she worked for 7 years as the Lead Customer Service Representative for Apria. Her current position requires extensive work on processing the billing paperwork and to work on equipment approvals. Her favorite thing about working at SVMS is the customers.
Susie Rittenhouse
Purchasing / Receiving / Customer Service
Susie has been with Susquehanna Valley Mobility Services since June of 2005. She brings a wealth of knowledge to our team with her background as an LPN and having worked in the durable medical equipment field for 7 years. By working with the disabled community through SVMS, she is reminded daily to never take the simple pleasures in life for granted.
Dawn Zettlemoyer
Billing and Collections
Dawn began working with SVMS in May 2004. She brings with her 21 years of medical billing experience. Her extensive background in medical billing has been a great benefit to our company from the beginning, where she is responsible for the billing and collections of our equipment and services. Dawn’s favorite thing about working at SVMS is meeting and working with the community and helping to take the quality of mobility to the next level.
Desiree Havasi
Customer Service Representative / Billing
Desiree worked for 9 years for CPO2. While she was there she worked in several important positions including billing, customer service representative, sales representative, and purchasing. Her experience that she brings will be very beneficial in helping our clients to get the equipment that they need.
Shane Reichenbach
Information Technology Specialist / Compliance Coordinator
Shane brings with him 5 years of experience in the financial industry. In addition to his financial background, Shane also have experience in Information Technology. This combination of experience will help SVMS continue to keep up with constant industry changes and demands.
Meghan Beck, ATS, RRTS
Rehabilitation Technology Specialist
Meghan came to Valley Mobility as a Rehab Technology Specialist in the Spring 2005. She brings 8 years of experience in general durable medical equipment industry with her to SVMS. Her decision to specialize in rehab technology has been very rewarding. She especially enjoys the amazing people she gets to meet and work with everyday.
Chris McFarland, ATS, RRTS
Rehab Technology Specialist
Chris has been working at SVMS since the Spring 2005. Chris’s experience in assistive technology began in 1993 at John Heinz Rehab, where he specialized in seating and positioning and performed wheelchair evaluations. He also worked for Pride Mobility as a sales representative for the Quantum power wheelchair line. Chris’s degree in electronics and programming has proven very beneficial to his work with environmental controls, alternative drive devices, and secondary controls that he orders for his clients. He finds his work rewarding in that he is able to help people remain independent.
